User Story: Score

As a Player I want to see my score against the dealer so that I know when i'm winning and by how much

Acceptance Criteria:

• player Score displayed
• dealer Score displayed
• Scores increment when wins are accumulated.

Task

• [x] scores displayed on game table for player and dealer
• [x] scores generated via JS code.
