Error met when I run the code #2

An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in Unknown Module.
Could not load file or assembly 'Tizen.NUI, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=eba370b203a2e242' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

May I ask how to deal with this error? Thank you so much for your help!!!!!!
