As a scientist, I want to see control variables (from devices shared with other instruments), so that I can monitor shared devices that are managed by other control systems.

  1. View control variables (native EPICS PVs or variables from non-EPICS drivers) managed by control systems on other instruments

  1. The other control system could be running the new control system or the old control system.
  2. This capability is required for beamlines which share equipment (e.g. muon beamlines)
