Config/Blocks/Groups: Add newly created blocks to the visible available blocks list #35

As a user, if I add a block to the blocks list after looking at the selected blocks in a group I want to be able to see my new block in the list.

  1. Blocks are visible in the list when added

== Notes ==

  1. To recreate this:
    • Edit a configuration
    • Go to the groups tab and select a group
    • Go to the blocks tab and add a block
    • Go back to the groups tab - the new block is missing
    • If you do the following the new block is visible
    • Edit a configuration
    • Go to the blocks tab and add a block
    • Go to the groups tab and select a group
