Tags not flush with start discussion #3

Every page with a start discussion button has the main navigation beneath it and it sits almost flush with the button on the left, however the tags page has a fair amount of space

Because the tags page is different from other pages, the side navigation bar moves to the top of the tags in the tags page, so I have to design it like this.
