It's actually simple.
The BCM94352Z card has two common variants: Lenovo 04X6020 which is E-key, and Dell DW1560 which is A+E key. Search for "bcm94352z" on eBay and you'll see pictures of both. (Note that some sellers wrongly mark their Lenovo cards as DW1560. But you should be able to find some real DW1560s in the search results.)
You may choose to either 1) get a real Dell DW1560 or 2) get a Lenovo card then cut/carve a slot in the A-key location so it looks like the DW1560 and thus fits in a T480s. There are no copper pins in the area so this won't affect anything electrically.
