BTstack GPS : After removing it's still in the settings and made my device buggy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I installed the program
2.It was very buggy and it stuck always on BTStack mode of bluetooth
3.I removed it from cydia and it is still in my settings and after that 
sometimes my internet connection gets lost while internet works fine on my 
other devices

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ios 5.0.1 Ipad 2

I don't see why BTstack being installed but not activated could make your 
device buggy. There is no effect after a reboot. Please find the real reason.

To deinstall it, select "Developer" in Cydia's Manage -> Settings to make it 
visible in the list of installed packages.
