What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. iPhone 3G 3.1.3FW
2. BTStack GPS Lastest via Cydia
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect my iPhone 3G to get a tad slower running the GPS as it always was on
my iPhone 2G 3.1.3 and iPhone 3G 4.2.1. Yet running it now on my iPhone 3G with
3.1.3 (had to use 3.1.3, 4.2.1 was consuming much more memory on my phone
causing crashes).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, 3.1.3FW
Please provide any additional information below.
The second that my TomTom MKII GPS is connected the phone instantly becomes
slow. According to SBSettings at least 30MB+ of memory is available but going
back to Home Screen and opening MotionX GPS and WiFiFoFum is like running
Windows 7 on a 133MHZ PC, it just takes forever.
The iPhone is not the fastest but it responds with acceptable speeds, only gets
slow when BTStack GPS is running, yet BTStack Keyboard does not make the iPhone
slow at all.
Oddly enough as stated above BTStack GPS was not this slow when I used 3.1.3 on
my iPhone 2G (which WiFi is dead on) or when I ran 4.2.1 on this iPhone.
