Cydia returns "Unable to purchase" error #313

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cydia, trying to install latest BTStack GPS 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Cydia returns error: Unable to purchase, This product is not currently 
certified to be compatible with your device

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

iPad mini, iOS 6.1, JB with Evasi0n

Hi. I'm about to lift that restriction. Waiting for a few tests to make sure it 
works well, Please check again tomorrows.

Fixed, so far everybody is happy with the latest BTstack GPS update.
