There is no build for BTStack mouse for the Apple TV 2, would be great if there 
was one that worked!

BTstack Mouse is dead, but BTC Mouse & Trackpad is here to stay. 

I've updated to the current version and I've seen that the navigation is pretty 
cursor centric. You don't even see everything and have to move the cursor up to 
see everything. Adding the Bluetooth code should be easy but I don't know how 
to handle clicks since the OS doesn't even have the concept of a "tap" on 
something.
