l2cap_emit_channel_closed does not indicate connection handle #385

r2365 file l2cap.c function l2cap_emit_channel_closed

it does not pass on the connection handle information, while 
l2cap_emit_channel_opened does

it would be minorly more convenient if it did carry that information, so the 
application can find the appropriate connection handle easier
