Name does not check for numbers etc. #3

I find it strange that there are restrictions on module code, but not the name of modules.

Users are allowed to put Module code CS2100 and module name CS2100, which should not be the expected behaviour.

Steps to replicate: M add m/CS2105 n/CS2105

It is possible for module names to have numbers. eg. M add m/CS1101S n/Programming Methodology 1 and M add m/CS2030 n/Programming Methodology 2, or M add m/GES1035 n/Singapore: Imagine the next 50 years.
