cannot multiple-select files to upload #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click "add file" in upload cart
2. try to shift-click or ctrl-click to select multiple files
3. fail

Looks like Relay is opening the Explorer dialog with the wrong arguments; it 
should be opening multi-select-permitted, not single-select-only.
