Just verifying what this item is. This is to update the overall group content we had discussed last week, correct? Making sure old apps are gone, etc?

Replaced the Shelter Sandbox with the EXB. Issues with the Ops Dashboard and Public Info Map pointing to the wrong shelter layer.
