請問Maglev hashing如何保證在加入或移除DIP時
能夠減少對到不同的DIP 達到consistent hashing的consistent呢
paper 中只有說到他們比較重視load balance 且會有些被改掉
但沒有說到為什麼他們的演算法可以有consistent的能力
不知道您知道嗎？

"i=2 ，從第三個排列表個的第一個挑出數值 c3=0 ，那麼 entry[0] = 1" 这里有笔误，正确为 entry[0]=2
