boot2docker is v1.11.2 now, and the command, "docker swarn" is need by v1.12, so maybe we can fix it as below:
# docker-machine create -d virtualbox --virtualbox-boot2docker-url https://github.com/boot2doc... v1

Just use Docker Machine 0.8.0 RC, it will create the default v1.12 VM.

Must use 0.8.0 RC, not 0.8.0.
