Should I merge the bed files to generate one annotation file? #8

hello,

I have followed your documents to generate the bed files:

100kb.bed
ABC_Road_BLD.be

But I found only one annotation file: https://alkesgroup.broadinstitute.org/LDSCORE/Jagadeesh_Dey_sclinker/annotations/disease_progression_programs/UC/Disease_DC_L2/ABC_Road_I_BLD/

So, should I first merge the bed file and than run the bed2anno step? And I want to know the meaning of the letter I in this name ABC_Road_I_BLD.
