Stylization of the logos #3

To add new style of logos with border color instead of fill color.

introduced options tofill for the logomaker or positive logo plots and tofill_pos and tofill_neg under control parametrization for the nlogomaker or the negative logo plots. Check the file test_logolas_fill.R under the vignettes.
