[BUG] Harzard and warning blocks do not connect #97

Singleplayer

Describe the bug

When placed, several blocks are oriented based on cardinal directions, instead of current player position and orientation:

Expected behavior

The blocks should connect.

Latest versions for 1.20.1 of Chipped handle the horizontal directions. See https://github.com/terrarium-earth/Chipped/commit/3c6142bcb23efd6380c01566b068d45f988762a9

The striped concrete does the job.

The striped version is sufficient for now. When the modpack gets updated to 1.20.1, it will automatically be fixed.
