Set express app static dir to dist folder, remove static level, update copy task to move all relevant folders in to dist #2

after taking a closer look it doesn't make sense to do this, the reason is screentime images need to be available immediately so can't copy over, and it doesn't make sense to add more layers of folders to accomodate that
