Create fragment for a New Profile page allowing the user to create a new profile with:

3D preview for currently selected effects
ability to create a list of effects that can be modified by reordering, duplicating, removing, etc...
ability to modify profile by renaming, saving or resetting
ability to upload current profile to hardware cube

The New Profile page is now feature complete with the specified features above.
