[bug] flatitembuff doesn't let chance-based items to proc #11

i've tested this with and without the mod, and no chance-based items seem to proc when the mod is active. i will attach logs if necessary

I believe the changes made to the Infusions broke the mod. I've updated the mod to fix the issue.
