Telekinesis Index Page does not load

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Telekinesis .9.21
2. Launch Telekinisis/iPhone Remote
3. Attempt to 'View Web Page' or go to administrative interface via iPhone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the certificate error screen, and then get into the
iPhone remote web page.

Instead I get no response on either https://localhost:5010 or
http://localhost:5010.  I am able to go to http://localhost/Apps and
http://localhost/home/ etc. and view that information.

Also attempting from the iPhone does not work--just times out after a while.  

Web server is working though, bad requests, requests for /Apps and /home
/cgi, etc. all work but the index does not.  The bad requests show up in
the Telekinesis_access.log (and if a 404 in the Telekinesis_error.log). 
Index requests do not (for some reason) show up in the access OR error log. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
.9.21 on Mac OS X

to access your mac you must use https://localhost:5010
