iOS Mobile Safari dirlist.php doesn't load files anymore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Applications or Files tapps
2. Attempt to load the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the the applications or files to display.

The screen is white.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX 10.6 and iOS 5

Please provide any additional information below.
It appears the the script tag is not closed via </script> which causes the rest 
of the page not to render properly. Attached is a diff which contains a fix.

This should be fixed with r160.

Basically the script tag was using a /> and not </script> to end the JS. This 
prevented the JS from loading and running. 

Both index.php and dirlist.php suffered from these problems.
