when bringing app forward, always launches safari #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch app, -or- simply bring it forward when already running

What is the expected output?
Nothing at all.  A menu item that says "launch default browser" (NOT
necessarily safari)

What do you see instead?
it always launches safari.  i never want it to launch anything.   maybe if
i do, it should be under a menu item

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8
