Error 0x80004003 in store #4

So LTSC doesn't come with store app. When I ran the script I got that a higher version of store app is already installed. With some more errors. Regardless it showed up in the start menu.

I can run it but every item shows this error 0x8000403 and I followed the rest of the steps too to no avail.

Appinstaller and other apps got installed without any issue but I can't install any appx package even then, just get an unspecified error.

What could be the issue for this?

Need to update package in repository to latest one. Temporary workaround - get to App Library and choose Get Updates, it updates your Store to latest version. Windows Updates should be turned on.

Solved it by simply enabling and updating windows.
