Multiple Errors #7

When I run this tool I am just getting a bunch of these errors.

Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073CF6, Package could not be registered. error 0x80070003: Windows cannot create the AppContainer profile for the Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.1.6_1.6.24903.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe package. I'm having the same problem. Are you on LTSC version 1809? I've noticed that a lot of the people having problems are on LTSC instead of LTSB. I don't know what the big differences are, but maybe that has something to do with it.
