修复判断错误。DNS IP = URL IP ≠ URL_IP 时不更新DNS解析

想不到还有人用😘 抱歉上次更新另一个脚本的时候没注意看把这个也写进去了 另外推荐使用cloudxns,dnspod经常炸😂 https://github.com/lixuy/CloudXNS-DDNS-with-BashShell
