video-cover not working in IE(9) [fix] #14

Not sure if I am the only one experiencing this, but in IE(9) the video is
clickable. To fix this, I used this CSS:

<pre><code>#video-cover{
    background: black;
    opacity:0.00000000000000001;
}</code></pre>

This occurs in IE 8 also and fix doesn't work in IE 8 because opacity doesn't
work properly in IE 8.
