Find a good step down convertor and plug all the old devices in. Maybe this one https://www.daygreen.com/products/36v-48v-to-12v-100a-1200w-dc-dc-step-down-converter-voltage-regulator?variant=11912663564335

Need to install a contactor so when the power goes down, the 12v DC will also be stopped. This is an example. https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/contactors/8175020/

I put this as off grid for 1 week instead of 2 weeks because the power to the heater is not stable, sometimes to power cuts off in the middle of the night, most likely due to in-car batteries too old.

Apparently it's gonna be a big job finding out what each cable is doing if I wanna keep using the current central control.

Now it works. Normal usage drop from 90W to 50W.
