By looking at your pictures it is hardly possible to tell anything. If you expect any useful comment, the console output could be helpful, to send the script would be the best.
A general comment: heavy calculations are not meant for super portable laptops. Maybe you have not enough resources...
I will double check with a beefier computer and get back to you.
As for the pictures and the original post: The images on the left are a screen upstream, the images on the right are a screen downstream. The phi values on the first picture are 48279 for upstream and 433.029 for downstream. The phi values on the second picture are 169292 for upstream (more photons) and 433.029 for downstream (the same number).
Anyway, I will try to repeat the calculations on a computer with more resources (I am assuming you mean memory). If I don't get it to work, I will send you the script.
I tried to use DoubleParaboloidLens, and realized that the script does only one of the 100 repeats. While the screen before the lens stack keeps adding more photons, the one after the lens stack stops after the first one. See below for comparison:
