 1- The open source of firmware v2.4 is not available on 'downloads' section.

 2- What are the differences between version 1.5 of Paul and the official version 2.4?

2) Paul version is a custom firmware made by an author called Paul. The 
official version uses SeedStudio's library and the application interface is 
different from Paul's version.
