Hey folks, for the time series part of this, I think I'mma try to base it off of Rich's code from here:

The relevant code is all in the bottom four functions. Gonna make sure I can switch around the graphics on that 'play' button though.

• Move the play/pause buttons to be next to the timeline
• Add skip buttons,
• Remove the drop-down menu
• Add year expressed to above the map & chart
