Space for Graph Removed When Changed to Overview #81

Seems like when you switch categories and switch back to Overview, it removes the graph completely- bumping up the Analysis part.

I don't this is a bug... It's re-adding it back in when something is chosen after overview. Since Overview has no graph, that div is gone. Hence Analysis gets moved up. Having gap seems like a bad idea

I guess it's weird to me that everything jumps around so much- it's a really distracting affordance for the interactions. I think if the states stayed stationary it'd be better.
