Documentation is generated by hand, despite requiring JSDoc comments #43

If someone already has some templates for jsdoc or jsdoc-toolkit, we should put 
them into svn.  
Otherwise, being able to auto-generate at least the reference documentation, 
would be nice.

This is great. Is it possible to add a list of classes on top of the page with 
links
to  individual classes, like the official maps API? It will be handy if you got 
many
classes.

Hmm. Most of the extensions are just one class. Which extension would this be 
useful 
for?
