Enhancement for MarkerTracker, show tooltip when mouse over #47

Currently we do not have an option to show a small tooltip about marker
show with tracker, user will happy to know what there before they go there,
a small tooltip will be help (eg. for very short description)

Added support for any GMarkerOption values to be passed through in r670, 
including "title," which should do 
what you're looking for.  See http://gmaps-utility-library-
