2 maps on the same page with ExtLargeMapControlBis -> bug #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I want to show two maps on the same page with, for each, a
ExtLargeMapControlBis control. Unfortunately, the control on the first maps
resulting in changes on the second maps.
Exemple :

The problem also exists in ExtStreetViewControl. Basically many variables are 
not
scoped correctly. I pointed it out after brief review of the 
ExtStreetViewControl at

Mashashi made some changes to it and fixed the problem at r872:

However ExtLargeMapControl was released before those problem were caught. The 
fix
should be same as ExtStreetViewControl.

The issue was fixed by r908.
And added some functions and options.
