Get on LinkedIn: Erica Pilgreen (Pilgreea) & Megan Wolk - It's all about packaging it - It's more financing sales rather than cc processing sales - make it seem cooler and more sexy - their business cards will say something like "Working capital for your business and Low-Cost credit card processing"

$600-$800 per merchant they sign up. Create a fillable form on website to send to recruits - business card cost will come out of their first paycheck so they have some skin in the game

And what I'll work on next is a passcode protected page that we can send to the new 1099 hires where they can download all our sales slicks, a cheat sheet MPA, the application forms, generic business card they can get printed, and the low-down and the sales process. A simplified training manual basically.
