Enhancement - Reference to show up at the end of each individual chapter #145

Dear Krishna,

Thanks for the nice thesis template.

In my thesis, the references for each chapter should show up at the end of each individual chapter instead of the current style having all the references for the whole thesis in the end of the thesis. And the references for each chapter should count from [1] to ... [xxx], and again for the next chapter again from [1] to ... [zzz]. So, I was wondering if there is any way to do so? Thanks.
