Top margin for Abstract chapter

Is there a way to just reduce the vertical margin of the Abstract, Acknowledgement, and Declaration chapter titles?

And leave everything else untouched (all other chapters stay the same, other aspects of the style stay the same)?

I tried using some \usepackage{titlesec} magic I don't understand but I keep messing up my thesis.

Nah, maybe it's better to change it for all chapter titles. How do I reduce just the vertical padding on top?
