What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plugging it in
2. Opening iPhone Browser
3. Looking at triangle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well I expect to see my iphone files. I see a blank window that tells me to 
unplug and replug it in

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 1.9.3 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm getting the same issue. Ver 1.93, WinXP SP3, B1ackra1n 3.1.2

Have you installed afc2add from Cydia so iPB can see full filesystem? Have you 
synced
with iTunes to verify phone is working with Windows?
