Added an another showcase of the model_bug #15

I'm not the author of this video, nor the one who made the showcased map/server. This use the same reported issue to unload the 2fort balcony buildings in a more obvious and advantaging way than the showcased cs:go streamable included video.

Fixing that issue would be much more efficient and easier, than porting the game into an another game engine. What would be needed there, would just a way to make assets edit either, close to impossible, or make CS:GO check the .vpk files checksum in case they´ve been modified.

Thanks for the pull request, but I would really like to keep this repo CS:GO only.
