closing the FilterParams dialog can make another application active instead of Gramps #37

Have not figured out what the exact sequence is required. But I was switching back & forth between a Browser and the FiltersParams dialog (run from the toolbar's Tools Selector dialog) to compose a bug report.

Clicking the "Close" button in the FilterParams dialog sometimes made the Firefox Browser topmost instead of Gramps.
