[x] Change INIT on POJO API to pull from another API with more brands
[x] Create thumbs up and thumbs down
[x] Show count for the number of upvotes
[x] Ability to add cars to be judged
[x] Pull brands from an API
[ ] Possibly have search to easily find brands
