Installation setup #27

A nice to have is if the project was able to be installed as a command instead of having to use perl to run it.

I don't fully understand your issue however an install script for modern perl has been added to our src directory which might resolve your issue

You have to run the script within the directory. I was suggesting being able to create an executable that could be run from wherever within the command line.
