Give the user the option to choose whether or not to perform case sensitive searches in the Lexicon Explorer panel.

[x] Add a toggle, by default the search is case insensitive
[x] Manage case sensitive search (for now making everything lowercase)

La gestione del case insensitive deve essere gestita anche a livello di back-end, trasformare tutto in lowercase a livello della sola interfaccia non risolve il problema.
