DISPLAY++ color mode #187

Added a new screen.type "DISPLAY++COLOR" for chromatic stimulus presentation with the Display++ screen.

This is one for @bartkrekelberg and @cnuahs, who are more on top of the display types and of any possible consequences for overlays and other things.

As far as I tested with a Display++ screen @Monash, it works fine. I have not encountered any errors due to the screen mode. And the number of frame drops is as small as that in the monochrome mode (~10 dropped frames out of 600000 frames).
