KbWait (and other keyboard functions) currently only checks the default keyboard. Maybe we want it to check all keyboards, or plugins could be assigned to a particular keyboard.

The new kbInfo structure in the uneventful branch can handle multiple keyboards and has a default split of subject/experimenter keyboard.
