The fifth levelling spot in the middle of the bed is a very nice addition, but it would be really nice if additional spots were added to make it a 3x3 grid. This lets users check how level the surface is when not using a probe. Even more spots would be nice but may clutter the display and make it harder to choose a button.
Together with reducing the Z-lift to 5mm or so ( https://github.com/klack/marlin/issues/38 ) this would make manual levelling way easier (e.g. putting tape strips between a magnetic mat and a metal plate).
