2 years ago Ok thank you have you got any idea what it maybe I have updated firmware on screen aswell but it didn’t help but I like the tenlog screen better Even though it still says hictop when booting but I don’t mind that really

sorry if this is the wrong way to request help for this i am totally new to this and it is confusing me. Anyway i have compiled the firmware and then used the d3p file for my machine and attempted to load onto printer. this part worked but when i reboot it just stays on loading screen and never moves so i had to re install the original d3p firmware - can anyone help me.
